This is a sample case for a made-up family: Patrick Sample, who died twelve days ago, and his daughter Mary, who is telling the organisations. Some letters have gone, one organisation has replied, some are still to do. Nothing here is real and it is rebuilt fresh every time it is opened.
The screen moves itself and explains each step. You can pause or skip ahead at any time.
The dashboard the sample home sees: the Sample family on the Families tab, their invoice with one payment request paid and one being chased, and the set-up tab. Everything in it carries the home's own name and logo. Nothing can be sent from the sample.
Open Department of Social Protection to read a reply that came back into the case.
Open Irish Life to see a letter that has been prepared and is ready to go.
Open Register the death and get certificates and print the registration sheet.
Click Add one to tell an organisation that is not on the list.
